- You must retain your account for over one month to qualify for the
drawing. This is to prevent abuse of our 30-day guarantee. The
guarantee still applies but removes your qualification for any
prizes if you signup and cancel within the first 30 days.
- If you purchase hosting and a domain, that counts as two
purchases, and thus two entries, etc.
- "New signups," by definition, include new and current customers

** "Current Customers Gift Drawing"
Conditions:
- You must be a current Charlottezweb customer (presently a

- A current customer will receive one entry for every service they
have with us. For example, if you have 10 hosting accounts and
2 domains, you receive 12
entries in the "Current Customers Gift Drawing."

*** "Affiliate Payout" Conditions:
-The affiliate *must* be recognized by our billing system as an
affiliate to your account prior to the end of the promotion period.
We will not accept a winner or customer stating a winner was
referred by them after the fact. The winner must be setup in the
system as an affiliate to your account to qualify. This is automated
if you've setup your account to be an affiliate. For details,

Terms:
- All monetary values are in USD.
- Awards will be delivered within 2 weeks of the drawing date via
Charlottezweb credit, Paypal or mailed checks.
- In the event that the Grand Prize winner resides in a location
where the voted item cannot be shipped, a cash equivalent via Paypal
or mailed check will be awarded.
- The drawing will be conducted utilizing the following random
number generator:

- Results will be be posted in the "Clients Only" area of our forums
on February 13, 2010. Upon request, first names only may be posted
for the winners if they don't want their information public.
- We're not perfect! Charlottezweb.com, LLC reserves the right
